Within the campaign, "Local Community Contribution to the Creating of National Strategy on Social Housing" it has been started the series of educational and research activities aimed to the analysis of existing housing policy of displaced persons in BiH and to the development of Recommendations for possible solutions so that displaced persons and other categories of citizens would have solved their housing problems through social or non-profit housing.

Training courses were held from October 2010 till March 2011 and are thematically circled several areas: strategic planning and development of the action plans, the basics of housing policy, local housing policy, social housing system, presentation of regional experiences and study tours. The evaluation has been conducted after the Recommendations were completed and has indicated that the program "Social Housing in BiH" is a significant developmental program for government institutions.
