Study visit of the deputation of public administration from Bosnia and Herzegovina organized by CRS contained the introduction to the oldest working municipal housing agency in Kragujevac, lecturers, discussions and one-day course on the issues about social housing and social housing policies based on the experiences of the realized programs of social housing in Serbia from 2000. 
CRS is humanitarian organization active in implementing social housing projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina correspondingly to the existing experiences of the UN HABITAT SIRP Program in Serbia which has together with PUR organized two-day study visit of representatives of the local governments, relevant state ministries and NGOs. All of these, including CRS actively participate in implementing social housing programs and development of strategic documents affirming the progression of social housing in BiH. The representatives of PUR, CHA Kragujevac and team manager for the development of the city housing strategy for Valjevo have presented to the guests the available information about the developing process of the social housing instruments in Serbia, regulations, strategies and current activities. There were held the discussions on the subject of the current housing policy in Serbia and BiH and the proposal of the Law on social housing (adopted later that year) were presented. The guests from BiH had chance to visit the buildings managed by MHA Kragujevac and to speak directly with beneficiaries. This cooperation is continuation of the previous cooperation between experts from Serbia and state and local government and NGO sector in BiH in the field of housing.
